Not all websites are cookie cutter. A Dentist website will be much different than a Roofing website or a website for another type of small business owner. During our first meeting we will discuss your business and what type/style of website will fit your business needs and your business goals.
FUNCTION
Functionality, page load time and ease of page navigation are extremely important for your website, especially with all of the competition out there today. I'm sure you've been to a website where you can not locate any of their contact information, or it took you a good 5 to 10 minutes to find what you went there for in the first place (thanks a lot YouTube....). The average attention span of a website visitor is around 4 seconds of landing on your website. If they don't find their answers immediately then that is a potential customer you may never get the chance to sell to. We will make sure that does NOT happen on your website with us! We look at your website from the customers view and think "what do they want exactly?" then we make sure that information is front and center.
THE LURE
Also known as the "call-to-action" or the "irresistible offer". It's that "thing" that you want the potential customer to click on and it is the best way to gather prospective client information. By enticing website visitors with an irresistible offer, we can collect their email to add them to a mailing list (with their consent, of course) for future promotions or promptly follow up with them. Not only will we talk about the basics and features during the "Idea" stage, but we will also go over all design options. The ways to build your website are endless. You can either select one of our basic options, or we can discuss creating a layout from scratch that will work for you. Once we come up with the best layout to show off your business, and once we have that selected we can move on to the fun stuff: creating your logo and Identity!
LOGO & IDENTITY
Your logo is a HUGE part of your Identity. What image will be associated with your company, and is it easy to understand? It’s very important for your business to have an ‘identity’, as it is the first step in making sure you pop up in someone’s mind before someone else. An easy-to-remember, attractive logo can really make or break a company, and our designers are sure to come up with something fantastic! 

Take for instance a red bullseye. We all know immediately what we associate that with – Target. How about that curved checkmark? You got it, Nike. Or when you’ve been waiting days for a specific package in the mail, and you see that signature smiley face from Amazon.com staring back at you from the side of the box, knowing immediately that it’s here. These companies have spent years building their identity, but they had to start somewhere, and that's where we come in.

Once your logo is finalized we apply all of these choices (the colors, fonts, over all theme) to your website in one cohesive look to start building your 'identity'. While this stage in the process can seem daunting, it is very important because it sets the basis for everything else. Once we get the layout and logo finalized, we can start the "Build."

THE BUILD

CONTENT. KEYWORDS. CONSTRUCTION.

CONTENT
Content is all of the text and images on your website. You need content so when people visit your website they can get answers. If you have no content then your website looks empty. We will need your help writing the content for your website, because even though we will research your field of business, we may not know the "lingo". 

Along with the written information we will also need to collect large, high resolution images to go along side the body text. Attractive, high quality images can really draw the eye and engage your customers. At this point it may be a great and beneficial idea to hire a professional photographer to help you acquire some amazing photos to add to your website. There are plenty of stock websites available to purchase these photos from, but it is ALWAYS preferred to supply your own photos when showing off your companies work.
KEYWORDS
This is where we come in. Keywords are the most common "key" words that people search for when looking for a product or service. For example "Carpet Cleaner". During our research phase of ranking your website we will look for what people are specifically looking for in relation to your business. This will give us an inside look at how we can market your website or lead generation site so you get maximum returns. We will also be able to see competition levels with your competitors as well so we can go over lower competition but highly searched (and highly profitable keywords and phrases). For example: Lets say there are 10,000 searches for "carpet cleaning company" in your area and it's super high competition but there are 200 searches for "carpet cleaning company that can get out wine stains" with zero competition. Which keywords would we go after? The answer is actually BOTH! The lower competition keywords will get results faster and the higher competition keywords will take more work but it can be done if you know how to make the SEO magic work.

CONSTRUCTION
While we are gathering body content and photos from you for each page you want on your website, we will actually start building it. We are extremely familiar with different website hosting platforms (WordPress, Weebly, Wix, and more) and will work with designers and programmers on finishing a beautiful, functional website for you. During your build we will consider things you may not have thought of. Things like a call-to-action button or "irresistible offer" that will prompt the potential customer to contact you. This is really where all of the magic happens!

THE LAUNCH

DEBUT. PROMOTIONS. SOCIAL MEDIA.

DEBUT
Once your website is completely finished and checked for all missing content, we can "launch" your website! Once we have it linked to your brand new domain (location of your website online) we will create a "Check out my new website!" image that you can share across all of your social media platforms, as well as send out to current clients. This will boost traffic to your website and show that you are staying on the up and up.
PROMOTIONS
While launching a new website it is also a great idea to have a promotion or two running. For example, "visit my website and fill out this form for a free consultation!" or "visit my website and fill out this form for a 20% off coupon!" Everyone loves a deal and if they really like your service they will personally promote your page and any deals that go along with it.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Having multiple social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc) is one of the easiest ways to promote your business. Now that you have a brand new fantastic website to link to, you want to make sure you start setting these up and updating them on a regular basis. We will design cover headers for each social media platform you use to continue your cohesive branding.
