We will make sure that lead site is fully mobile optimized and we will then rank the site. After it's ranked we will send you the leads and you will take the call just like any other customer call. 

RANK THE SITE.

We rank our lead sites the same way we rank any other site. We build quality keyword and content rich sites that Google loves to love, we make a lot of digital friends that tell Google how awesome our website company is and we put our Organic Farming hat on (see Organic Marketing to get the reference).

Organic Marketing will start off slow and pick up more and more as time goes by. We will also push paid ads to the marketing site while our little seeds are taking root. After our digital farm is producing lots of yummy leads we will scale back the paid marketing (because organic marketing is just plain better).

One thing to note is that the lead page we create for you will be a researched domain name. For example, if you have a tree service company called "Tom's Tree Service" we may use a domain name called "www.besttreeservicerva.com". This is one of the many tactics we put into place to get you more business. Please see the next section on how we get those leads to you.

How will I get the customer leads from the lead page?

Glad you asked! We will forward any calls from your website to any number you like and add a "call whisper" to the call. In our "Best Tree Service Richmond VA" example we would put a whisper that says "Referral, Best Tree Service Richmond VA" then you simply answer the call anyway you like (we do suggest you answer the call similar to the lead site so the customer does not get confused). Example: Thank you for calling the best tree service in Richmond, how can I help? 

For any form submissions to the site (and there will be a lot of those) we will simply forward the emails to whatever email you would like us to. It will have the customers name, email, phone number and any notes/job requirements that they provide. This way you know a little bit about the customer before you contact them.
